The Tree In Me

The Tree In Me - a movement based expressive arts therapy retreat, May 7-11, 2027 at Hollyhock Retreat Centre, Cortes Island BC, with Marianne Bernhard

Scholarships available - see details below.

Trees have a lot to teach us about sustainable exchange: via our roots, our trunks, our breathing, our reaching out…

Join me on the coast of Cortes Island, BC, for four days of immersive therapeutic art practice exploring your connection with trees.

Over four days and nights at the Hollyhock Retreat Centre, you’ll be guided into direct experience of your embodied and archetypal self. Cradled by ocean and old-growth forest, we’ll work with the Halprin Life Art Processes to uncover meaningful patterns within you. Supported by a felt sense with the forest of Hollyhock, you’ll bring what you find in your subconscious back into motion, sharing, and integration.

Reset your nervous system, and remember a reciprocal and nourishing exchange with your world.
